CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN DONUTS

These guys have a delicious fluffy texture and maintain such a wonderful traditional cinnamon doughnut flavour thanks to the Cinnamon Roll Lean Up Protein from Unique Muscle! 

DRY INGREDIENTS

1 cup of GF flour

1 scoop of Unique Muscle Cinnamon Roll protein (25g)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

WET INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup of apple sauce

2/3 cup of plant milk

3 tbs coconut sugar

2 tbs olive oil

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl until well combined then stir in the wet. Pour evenly into doughnut mould and bake for 12-15 minutes! Dust with coconut sugar and cinnamon if you’d like that crunchy sugar topping 😍
