We know how hard it can be to find the motivation to get out of bed and exercise, let alone in the winter when all you want to do is snuggle up under a warm blanket. However, it’s super important to stay active in the colder months and not give into the temptation of your cosy warm bed for these 3 reasons.
1. The sun is your friend
During winter, the sun can be hard to come by, so it's important that when the suns out you get outside and get moving! Sun exposure is the easiest way to get your source of vitamin D as there are only limited foods that can provide vitamin D. Working out regularly can boost your immunity.
